  2. Cross Platform integration and Web Presence

    This app is better than anything else I have tried!!! Please make this available on the Android and Apple platforms as well full integration with a web based version. Strava is awesome but there is nothing similar for weight lifting

  3. Log the beginning and end of each set

    It would be great to know how long each set takes in the log. This will also allow for automatic calculation of exact rest period between sets. So basically I'd like to press a "start" button, do my set, and press "stop". And then rest for some time, and repeat.

    Include a way to track BMI based on waist circumference or body fat by caliper measurements.

    Sometimes i work out without headphones. So the pop noise can be annoying to others

  8. Rep/Weight count hold previous set, not previous workout count.

    Currently, the rep/weight count resets to previous workout's last set rather than the most recent set. So every time I do a new set, I have to punch in the new numbers as it auto resets to last weeks rep/weight count.

  9. integration with Microsoft Band 2

    Sync workouts with Microsoft Band giving a more in depth view of the total workout. For example, the band could mark start and end times and count reps and sync heart rate.

  10. make Workout clone date to current day

    Currently, cloning a workout will date all exercises in the sets to the previous workout. Why not make it just auto update the date to today?

    I would like to have everything synced with my fitbit account! Moreover I use runtastic and endomondo from time to time!

  13. Change baseline weight to negative numbers for assisted exercises

    Currently if you are doing exercises that are assisted, you can set the weight to a negative number but the amount lifted will always be calculated as zero when doing this. It would be great if for those exercises, you could set a "baseline" value that is lower than zero.

    So, for example, if you are doing assisted dips and you weigh 150 pounds, I'd like to be able to set the baseline to -150. Then if I set the weight stack to -120 pounds the app would calculate as though I lifted 30 pounds rather than -120.

  14. Built in metronome for time under tension training

    I'd like to have a built in metronome that plays a chime every second. This would be useful for time under tension training or German volume training. If implemented, it would also be useful to set it count at certain intervals. So, for example, a common German volume training count is 4-0-2-0, meaning 4 seconds eccentric, 0 second pause, 2 second concentric, 0 second pause for each rep. So the metronome would be set up to beep every second but at the end of 6 seconds (because of the 4-0-2-0) it would count out 'one' then beep 6 more time…

    Change the timer setting page to show three or four default timer settings (30/60/120) and a custom setting option for a quick change between exercises.

  16. Being able to set your own start time.

    I don't like taking my phone into the gym. So when I get home, I enter my all my work out information into the app. The problem is that when you enter your information, the times for each workout is whatever the clock is on the phone. I becomes another finger workout having to edit each routine. I would like the ability to manually set a start time and each rep or excise after would follow that start time (depending on timer set between each rep).

  17. adding a wheight-repetition calculator based on 1RM

    It would be useful to use the 1RM, already calculated, to predict the weigh to use for a certain number of reps.
    It could be another option to predict the set parameters: I set # of reps it predicts the weigh based on last 1RM recorded for that exercise.

    Make it a universal app to be installed on a Windows 8.1/10 PC. By doing this the user can build the workout on the PC and sync it to the phone.

  19. top align the Sets list

    The current Sets list seems to be center aligned or bottom aligned. This hides the current workout showing the bottom one or two sets while showing all of the previous workout.

  20. the possibility to enter weight and set a timer for cardio exercies

    I do some cardio exercises with a weight belt, so it would be nice to be able to enter a weight also for cardio.

    Also the timer would be nice if I could set it for a cardio.
